The Sourdough Country Loaf is our foundation. It’s the loaf that was passed around to friends and family to see if we had something before starting the business. It’s light and fluffy with a mild taste that compliments so many great meals and sandwiches! By using long, slow fermentation and only 100% organic flours with clean salt and water, the Country Loaf embodies our mission of using essentials only and being the least harmful bread for your gut.
Our Sourdough Country Loaf was baked fresh, then allowed to cool before vacuum-sealing and freezing.

Sliced loaves, baguettes, cookies and scones must be ordered by 2pm the day before shipping or local delivery. Whole loaves can be ordered up until 11:59pm.

Pure hydration, freed of contaminants and impurities through the reverse osmosis process.
Ancient spring salt
Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for heavy metal content significantly below industry averages.
