The dried starter kit includes 6 grams of Joe Doughgan, our main starter! The starter is dehydrated and stable, it will last as long as you need in this state before you are ready to revive it. The kit also includes a plastic dough knife and card with a qr code that will take you to instructions to revive the starter.
