These fermented bread cubes are made from our sourdough sandwich loaf, with organic herbs for seasoning. No additives or seed oils makes for the cleanest, most delicious stuffing this Thanksgiving!
Stuffing recipe:
- Saute 1 cup of celery and 1 small onion in 2 tbsp of butter
- Add 1 cup of chicken broth
- Add the bread cubes and mix until they’re soft
- Add 1/2lb cooked ground sausage (optional but delish)
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F
