The cleanest scones
Our Sourdough Chocolate Chip Scones (or as we like to call them: bread cookies) use only simple, natural and organic ingredients. Low-temp organic pasteurized cream is used to try to preserve the beneficial enzymes of the cream as opposed to high-temp pasteurized which kills the enzymes. The semi-dry texture of these clean scones go as great with a big cup of coffee in the morning as they do with tiny cup of espresso after an incredible meal.
