Our Sourdough Chocolate Chunk Cookies are the perfect balance of rustic tradition and indulgent sweetness. Naturally fermented and made with the cleanest ingredients: each cookie offers a subtle tang that enhances the rich, buttery dough and highlights generous chunks of premium chocolate. With organic cane sugar, these have more of a traditional cookie crunch than our original chocolate chip cookies.

Salted butter
Butter rafted from fresh, creamy milk and lightly seasoned with salt to enhance its natural richness with now other additives.
Organic cane sugar
From sugar cane grown without chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers. The Fair Trade sugar we use has a positive impact on the farming communities that harvest it and being organic and unrefined it's likely to be the least harmful sugar for your body we could find.
Organic pasture raised eggs
From chickens free to roam the pasture, eating components from their natural environment. This makes the egg more nutrient dense compared to non-pastured chicken.
Organic vanilla extract
Made with certified organic vanilla beans free of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
Ancient spring salt
Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for heavy metal content significantly below industry averages.
