On its own or toasted with cream cheese the Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Loaf is the ultimate partner to a morning cup of coffee or afternoon espresso. Long fermented and made with only real organic and natural ingredients this is cinnamon raisin the way it’s supposed to be. Inspired by the bagel and as opposed to our seasonal Maple Cinnamon Swirl loaf, the maple and cinnamon are spread throughout the entire crumb.

Cold pressed and organic olive oil with no additives or chemicals. Amongst oils, olive oil is the least harmful and does not have the harmful effects of vegetable oils.
Ancient spring salt
Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for heavy metal content significantly below industry averages.
Organic ground cinnamon
Pure cinnamon, no harmful chemicals or unnatural ingredients added. Ground to a delicious cinnamon powder.
