My background is I grew up in a restaurant/diner family(Greek). I initially ordered this bread because I like sourdough. This is the best bread that I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. It can be served at every meal. I recommend lightly toasting it too. It was so good I have nothing to compare it too. I wish this bakery much success as I order 2 more sliced loafs.
