Sandwich loaves need to be baked the night before so that they have time to cool before slicing. The cut-off time to order sandwich loaves is 4pm the day before pick up or delivery.

Pure hydration, freed of contaminants and impurities through the reverse osmosis process.

Ancient spring salt
Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for extremely extremely low heavy metals.
