The salt in our bread
Salt is in every single one of our products. Second only to flour, it was one of our highest priority ingredients to make sure we were using the cleanest, best quality version we could. Modern salt is known for high microplastic and heavy metal contents. We were stoked to find Vera Salt. Their ancient spring salt is tested to be microplastic free and to have extremely low heavy metal content. See testing results
