On a mission to make all bread the best version of itself for humans, burger buns are an important stop on that journey! That 100% grass-fed pasture-raised beef patty with melted raw cheddar has to sit on a worthy bun. Our sourdough burger buns are long fermented and they follow our essentials only policy of only natural, organic ingredients. All to make sure your gut isn’t stuck in overdrive while you’re trying to relax at the bbq.
These buns were baked fresh, allowed to cool to room temperature, then sliced and quickly frozen.
Reheating:
Defrost (preferred method): defrost on counter or in fridge. Heat at 325 for 5-7 minutes, until warm & soft.
Warm from frozen: Heat at 325 for 15-20 minutes, until warm & soft.
Always keep an eye on your bread. Times may vary as ovens vary.

Organic pasture raised eggs
From chickens free to roam the pasture, eating components from their natural environment. This makes the egg more nutrient dense compared to non-pastured chicken.
