It slices nicely, it has a longer shelf life than the country loaf and it has the perfect balance of sturdiness and softness for any kind of sandwich fillings it’s assigned. It also makes a really mean French Toast.
Simple, quality ingredients make the Sourdough Sandwich Loaf as clean a sandwich loaf as you can find. It’s made with 100% organic flour, it’s sweetened with maple syrup instead of sugar, and it’s softened with extra-virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oils or other cheap sludge commonly used in sandwich loaves.

Reverse osmosis water
Pure hydration, freed of contaminants and impurities through the reverse osmosis process.
Organic extra-virgin olive oil
Cold pressed and organic olive oil with no additives or chemicals. Amongst oils, olive oil is the least harmful and does not have the harmful effects of vegetable oils.
Ancient spring salt
Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for heavy metal content significantly below industry averages.
