Fermented for fun times
Hot dogs and fun are synonymous! What’s happier than grilling outside with your family and friends!?. There are so many great grass-fed, pasture raised beef hot dogs available now with only natural ingredients. They just need clean, sourdough buns as the perfect companions. Our sourdough hot dog buns are long fermented as grains should be, and they stick to our essentials only policy of only clean, natural, organic ingredients.
Frozen instructions
Buns and rolls do not need to be reheated, if they are allowed to fully thaw to room temperature inside their sealed packaging they will become soft, fluffy and delicious! The below two methods are for if you'd like the warm bun experience.
Buns reheat
Defrost method (our preferred method)
Defrost on counter or in the fridge. Heat at 325°F for 5-7 minutes, until buns are warm & soft
Heat from frozen method
Heat directly from frozen at 325°F for 15-20 minutes, until buns are warm & soft
Loaves and buns can be refrozen. If your loaf arrived fully thawed and you are not ready to eat it, keep it sealed and put it in the freezer until you are ready.
Keep an eye on your bread while reheating. Every oven is different.

Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for extremely extremely low heavy metals.
Organic pasture raised eggs
From chickens free to roam the pasture, eating components from their natural environment. This makes the egg more nutrient dense compared to non-pastured chicken.
