The Sourdough Country Loaf is made how bread started and how it still should be made. Only three ingredients, long fermented. It’s perfect for date nights and sandwiches at the beach. It’s light and fluffy with a mild taste. It’s great for sandwiches, grilled cheeses, charcuterie, patty melts, breakfast toast and dipping in olive oil or your favorite pasta sauce.
We use a blend of 100% organic flours to make the country loaf. Our choice of flours is designed to optimize taste, make sure there are no pesticides or harmful substances, and support farmers using regenerative methods to sustain their farms and soil.

Phenomenal doesn’t do this sourdough justice. It’s better than that. I purchased a loaf today at the Lake Worth Farmers Market on the recommendation of a friend and market vendor ( they always know the goods).
I actually can not stop stealing little tears from the loaf to eat. It’s fantastic.
