The buns of our dreams
On a mission to make all bread the best version of itself for humans, burger buns are an important stop on that journey! That 100% grass-fed pasture-raised beef patty with melted raw cheddar has to sit on a worthy bun. Our sourdough burger buns are long fermented and they follow our essentials only policy of only natural, organic ingredients. All to make sure your gut isn’t stuck in overdrive while you’re trying to relax at the bbq.

Frozen instructions

Buns and rolls do not need to be reheated, if they are allowed to fully thaw to room temperature inside their sealed packaging they will become soft, fluffy and delicious! The below two methods are for if you'd like the warm bun experience.

Buns reheat

Defrost method (our preferred method)

Defrost on counter or in the fridge. Heat at 325°F for 5-7 minutes, until buns are warm & soft

Heat from frozen method

Heat directly from frozen at 325°F for 15-20 minutes, until buns are warm & soft

Loaves and buns can be refrozen. If your loaf arrived fully thawed and you are not ready to eat it, keep it sealed and put it in the freezer until you are ready.

Keep an eye on your bread while reheating. Every oven is different.

Ancient spring salt

Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for extremely extremely low heavy metals.

Organic pasture raised eggs

From chickens free to roam the pasture, eating components from their natural environment. This makes the egg more nutrient dense compared to non-pastured chicken.

Organic sesame seeds

Organic sesame seeds, no pesticides, herbicides or artificial flavors.
