Sliced loaves need to be baked the night before so that they have time to cool before slicing. The cut-off time to order sliced loaves is 4pm the day before pick up or delivery.
Unsliced loaves are baked the morning of. They can be ordered up until 12am of pick up or delivery day.

100% organic flour, reverse osmosis water, organic roasted onions (organic onion, organic extra-virgin olive oil), asiago PDO cheese (milk, salt, bacterial culture, rennet), ancient spring salt
