100% organic flour, reverse osmosis water, organic roasted onions (organic onion, organic extra-virgin olive oil), asiago PDO cheese (milk, salt, bacterial culture, rennet), ancient spring salt

Sweet, rich and creamy
The sweetness of the roasted onions smoothes the edges of the creamy Asiago in the Sourdough Onion & Asiago Loaf. This loaf has achieved a cult-like following, likely because it produces the best grilled cheese you could imagine. As always – simple, natural ingredients are harmonized with long fermentation to help your gut out.
Our Sourdough Onion & Asiago Loaf was baked fresh, then allowed to cool before vacuum-sealing and freezing.

Frozen instructions

Keep the loaf sealed in its packaging and allow it to fully thaw on the counter or in the fridge!

Whole loaf reheat

Preheat to 425°F

Spritz entire loaf with water

Bake 6-12 minutes. 6 minutes to crisp, 12 minutes to heat thoroughly

Toasting brings individual slices back to peak freshness without the need for a whole loaf reheat!

Loaves and buns can be refrozen. If your loaf arrived fully thawed and you are not ready to eat it, keep it sealed and put it in the freezer until you are ready.

Half loaves do not need as much time to reheat as full loaves. Use the same reheat process but adjust the time accordingly.

Keep an eye on your bread while reheating. Every oven is different.

Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for extremely extremely low heavy metals.
