Update (5/23):
As you may know we’ve been closed since 5/12 due to water damage in our kitchen. While we were hoping for a best-case-scenario turnaround, unfortunately the situation is more complicated than we expected and we have to push back the reopen time until restorations are completed.
We now expect to open ordering on 6/5 for delivery on 6/13. We will continue to post updates as they come. We will also be reaching out to subscription holders individually a few days before ordering opens.
We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience and grateful for your patience.

This Sunday, 5/11, will be our final Sunday Pick Up. This Monday, 5/12, will be our last Monday delivery before we close for approximately 2 weeks and then reopen on a new schedule with Friday deliveries instead of Mondays and a new Thursday 1-day shipping program.
Ending Sunday Pick Ups:
Although it’s a scary change and a part of us is sad to end Sunday Pick Ups, it is something we have been planning for a while now. Accessibility is a big part of our mission to provide the best possible version of bread and grain based foods, and there is nothing more accessible than having it dropped off at your front door.
After a ton of thought, we came to the conclusion that it would be best to reallocate Sunday’s resources to our growing local delivery program and to launch a shipping program.
Closing for ~2 weeks:
We have been working on the back-end infrastructure to make this a smooth transition for months. But its all come to a head now with a plumbing issue in our kitchen that has caused significant water damage.
After 5/12’s deliveries we will be forced to close for approximately 2 weeks while repairs and restorations are done. We will be using this time to solidify our processes and prepare for the reopening with the new changes. (We really hope it’s only going to be two weeks, we’ll be sending updates.)
Exciting Changes:
In addition to the delivery and shipping day changes: we have a fun new loaf coming as well as a frequently requested breakfast item and a scone worthy of a Florida sunset at the beach!
Also v2 of the website will eliminate the clunkiness of the ordering process and it will feature a new subscription dashboard that makes it so much easier to manage your subscription. There will also be a new biweekly subscription option.
For Subscription Holders:
Over the next few weeks we will be in contact with each subscription holder individually so we can navigate everything from price changes to transitioning from pick ups. All subscriptions will be paused while we’re closed and no changes will be made until we reach out to you.
Our Undying Gratitude:
This has been a wild journey so far. As many of you know we don’t have a traditional culinary background. This all started by trying to make real, clean bread for ourselves, family and friends. After a lay-off and a culmination of requests for more bread, we decided to try this as a business.
Your support has been everything to us. It’s unbelievable how many times a text, review, or comment came in at just the right time to lift us out of a dark place.
Tent-side chats and familiar faces are what got us through pick ups after sleepless nights and mornings of baking and slicing.
We are truly grateful for you. We hope ending pick ups doesn’t cause too much of an inconvenience for anyone and we hope you’ll continue down the road to fiesta forever with us!
