Organic & regenerative flour
No harmful chemicals or synthetic ingredients, just clean flour that's the easiest on your body and the best for soil.
Ancient sea salt
Unrefined sea salt mined from an ancient seabed in Utah that is free from modern pollutants and full of trace minerals.
Reverse osmosis water
Pure hydration, freed of contaminants and impurities through the reverse osmosis process.
Organic grade A maple syrup
Maple syrup without harmful chemicals that comes from a family owned Vermont company who deeply cares for the forest from which they extract their sap.
Organic extra-virgin olive oil
Cold pressed and organic olive oil with no additives or chemicals. Amongst oils, olive oil is the least harmful and does not have the harmful effects of vegetable oils.
Organic grass-fed butter
Butter from cows that exclusively eat grass. And that grass is grown without chemicals. Delicious and nutritious, as nature intended.
Chocolate chips
Chocolate chips made with only cocoa beans and unrefined cane sugar. No toxic oils, emulsifiers, or preservatives.
Organic vanilla extract
Made with certified organic vanilla beans free of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
Organic pasture raised eggs
From chickens free to roam the pasture, eating components from their natural environment. This makes the egg more nutrient dense compared to non-pastured chicken.
Organic ground cinnamon

Natural baking soda
Made from extracting the compound sodium bicarbonate from mineral deposits. It’s extracted by a simple water process that uses no chemicals. Natural sodium bicarbonate is free from impurities and contains trace minerals beneficial to human health, unlike its synthetic counterpart.
Organic cane sugar
From sugar cane grown without chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers. The Fair Trade sugar we use has a positive impact on the farming communities that harvest it and being organic and unrefined it's likely to be the least harmful sugar for your body we could find.
Organic pumpkin
Rich in potassium, poor in harmful chemicals. We use organic pumpkin to make sure there's no unwanted chemicals in your muffin.
Organic apple sauce

Ancient spring salt
Pure salt from an ancient brine spring in Spain. Harvested by hand via traditional methods, not subject to any processing or bleaching. As pure as salt comes, completely free of microplastics and 3rd party verified for extremely extremely low heavy metals.
